The money questions

What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free covers everything you need to get selling: the live designer, the product catalogue, order management, sales-channel connections, price lists, the image library, the mockup generator and product mappings. Pro is £19.99 per month (plus VAT) and adds your own hosted storefront, order insights and reporting, self-fulfilment with your own supplier, Design Studio, user management and the AI Assistant.
Does it cost anything to actually sell a product?
Your licence and the cost of products are separate things. On our network you pay the wholesale product price (plus shipping) only when an order sells, and you keep the difference. If you self-fulfil, which is a Pro feature, you pay your own supplier directly at your own rates, plus a flat 30p platform fee per item. We don't publish wholesale prices here; you'll see live prices in the app, which is free to register for.
Can I start on Free and upgrade later?
Yes. Start free, publish products and take orders, then move to Pro whenever you need a storefront, insights, self-fulfilment or the other Pro features. Nothing you've built is lost when you upgrade.
How is VAT handled?
Prices and invoices follow UK VAT rules, with the correct treatment applied by destination for cross-border orders. Your VAT position depends on where you and your customers are based.
